Declarations for the Loan Application form:
  1. I declare that all the particulars and information given in the application /annexure are true, accurate, complete and up to date in all respects and I have not withheld any information and same shall form the basis of the loan Branch may consider to me/us. Branch is at liberty to take any such action as it may deem fit if my statements are found to be untrue.
  2. I confirm that the funds will not be used for speculative/illegal or anti social purposes.
  3. I confirm that I/we had no insolvency proceedings against me nor have I ever been adjudicated insolvent. Branch reserves the right to reject the loan application without providing any reason.
  4. I authorize Branch to exchange, share, or part with all the information relating to my loan details/repayment history / information to other Banks / Financial Institutions / RBI / CIBIL / Credit Bureau / Agencies / Statutory Bodies / NSDL / CERSAI / UIDAI / third parties etc. as may be required to seek information and deliver better services and shall not hold Branch or/& its agents liable for use of this information.
  5. I hereby authorise Branch to share or part with my information with other entities for the purpose of co-lending or providing any third party products or services, ensuring confidentiality terms signed with such third parties.
  6. I also declare that I am/we are not related to any director or senior officer of Branch. Senior officer means Branch's personnel who are members of its core management team excluding its board of directors comprising all members of management one level below the executive directors, including the functional heads. Relative means any one who is related to another, if (i) they are members of a Hindu Undivided Family; (ii) they are husband and wife; or (iii) one person is related to the other as: (1) Father/step-father (2) Mother/step-mother (3) Son/step-son (4) Son's wife. (5) Daughter. (6) Daughter's husband. (7) Brother/step-brother; (8) Sister/step-sister.
  7. I would like to know through telephonic calls, SMS, or RCS on my mobile number mentioned in the Application Form or through any other communication mode, various Branch loan offer schemes or loan promotional schemes or any other promotional schemes and hereby authorise Branch or its agencies and their employee, agent, associate to do so.
  8. I confirm & agree that by signing this application form, I am deemed to have accepted, read, understood and agreed to be bound by the terms (including amendments thereof) governing the loan/facility.
  9. I submit voluntarily, through Digilocker, proof of possession of Aadhaar as issued by Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) to Branch International Financial Services Private Limited as proof of my identity/address, in individual capacity and hereby consent to the Company for verification of Aadhaar to establish its genuineness through such mode acceptable as per UIDAI. I further confirm that the Company has explained to me the purpose of collecting my Aadhaar, and that demographic and other information submitted to the Company will not be used for any purpose other than for the purpose of verification. I declare that all the information voluntarily furnished by me is true, correct and complete.
  10. I give my consent to download my KYC Records from the Central KYC Registry (CKYCR), only for the purpose of verification of my identity and address from the database of CKYCR Registry. I understand that my KYC Record includes my KYC Records /Personal information such as my name, address, date of birth, PAN number etc.

लोन आवेदन पत्र के लिए घोषणाएँ:
  1. मैं घोषणा करता हूँ कि आवेदन/अनुलग्नक में दी गई सभी जानकारी और विवरण सभी तरह से सही, सटीक, पूर्ण और अद्यतन हैं और मैंने कोई भी जानकारी नहीं छिपाई है और यही जानकारी ब्रांच द्वारा मुझे/हमें दिए जाने वाले लोन का आधार होगी। यदि मेरे बयान असत्य पाए जाते हैं तो ब्रांच कोई भी ऐसी कार्रवाई करने के लिए स्वतंत्र है जिसे वह उचित समझे।
  2. मैं पुष्टि करता हूँ कि इन निधियों का उपयोग सट्टा/अवैध या असामाजिक उद्देश्यों के लिए नहीं किया जाएगा।
  3. मैं पुष्टि करता हूँ कि मेरे खिलाफ कोई भी दिवालियापन की कार्यवाही नहीं हुई है और न ही मुझे कभी दिवालिया घोषित किया गया है। ब्रांच बिना कोई कारण बताए लोन आवेदन को अस्वीकार करने का अधिकार सुरक्षित रखती है।
  4. मैं ब्रांच को अपने लोन विवरण/पुनर्भुगतान इतिहास/जानकारी से संबंधित सभी जानकारी अन्य बैंकों/ वित्तीय संस्थानों/ आरबीआई/ सिबिल/ क्रेडिट ब्यूरो/ एजेंसियों/ सांविधिक निकायों/ एनएसडीएल/ सीईआरएसएआई/ यूआईडीएआई/ तीसरे पक्षों आदि के साथ साझा करने या आदान-प्रदान करने के लिए अधिकृत करता हूँ, जैसा कि जानकारी प्राप्त करने और बेहतर सेवाएं प्रदान करने के लिए आवश्यक हो सकता है और इस जानकारी के उपयोग के लिए ब्रांच या/और उसके एजेंटों को उत्तरदायी नहीं ठहराऊंगा।
  5. मैं इसके द्वारा ब्रांच को सह-लोन देने या किसी तीसरे पक्ष के उत्पादों या सेवाओं को प्रदान करने के उद्देश्य से अन्य संस्थाओं के साथ अपनी जानकारी साझा करने या देने के लिए अधिकृत करता हूँ, ऐसे तीसरे पक्षों के साथ हस्ताक्षरित गोपनीयता शर्तों को सुनिश्चित करते हुए।
  6. मैं यह भी घोषित करता/करती हूँ कि मैं/हम ब्रांच के किसी भी निदेशक या वरिष्ठ अधिकारी से संबंधित नहीं हूँ/हैं। यहाँ “वरिष्ठ अधिकारी” से तात्पर्य ब्रांच के उन कर्मचारियों से है जो इसके मुख्य प्रबंधन दल के सदस्य हैं, जिसमें निदेशक मंडल को छोड़कर कार्यकारी निदेशकों से एक स्तर नीचे के सभी प्रबंधन सदस्य शामिल हैं, जिनमें सभी कार्यात्मक प्रमुख भी सम्मिलित हैं। यहाँ “रिश्तेदार” से तात्पर्य ऐसे किसी भी व्यक्ति से है जो किसी अन्य व्यक्ति से संबंधित हो, यदि (i) वे हिंदू अविभाजित परिवार (HUF) के सदस्य हों; (ii) वे पति और पत्नी हों; या (iii) एक व्यक्ति का दूसरे से निम्नलिखित संबंध हो: (1) पिता/सौतेले पिता, (2) माता/सौतेली माता, (3) पुत्र/सौतेला पुत्र, (4) पुत्रवधू, (5) पुत्री, (6) पुत्री का पति, (7) भाई/सौतेला भाई, (8) बहन/सौतेली बहन।
  7. मैं आवेदन पत्र में उल्लिखित मेरे मोबाइल नंबर पर टेलीफोन कॉल, एसएमएस, या आरसीएस के माध्यम से या किसी अन्य संचार मोड के माध्यम से विभिन्न ब्रांच लोन प्रस्ताव योजनाओं या लोन प्रचार योजनाओं या किसी अन्य प्रचार योजनाओं के बारे में जानना चाहूंगा और इसके द्वारा ब्रांच या उसकी एजेंसियों और उनके कर्मचारी, एजेंट, सहयोगी को ऐसा करने के लिए अधिकृत करता हूँ।
  8. मैं पुष्टि और सहमत हूँ कि इस आवेदन पत्र पर हस्ताक्षर करके, मैंने लोन/सुविधा को नियंत्रित करने वाले नियमों (उनके संशोधनों सहित) को स्वीकार कर लिया है, पढ़ लिया है, समझ लिया है और उनसे बाध्य होने के लिए सहमत हूँ।
  9. मैं स्वेच्छा से डिजिलॉकर के माध्यम से भारतीय विशिष्ट पहचान प्राधिकरण (UIDAI) द्वारा जारी आधार के धारक होने का प्रमाण, अपनी पहचान/पते के प्रमाण के रूप में, व्यक्तिगत क्षमता में ब्रांच इंटरनेशनल फाइनेंशियल सर्विसेज प्राइवेट लिमिटेड को प्रस्तुत करता/करती हूँ तथा UIDAI द्वारा स्वीकार्य तरीके से आधार की सत्यता स्थापित करने हेतु उसके सत्यापन के लिए कंपनी को अपनी सहमति देता/देती हूँ। मैं यह भी पुष्टि करता/करती हूँ कि कंपनी ने मुझे मेरे आधार को एकत्र करने के उद्देश्य के बारे में समझाया है और कंपनी को प्रस्तुत की गई जनसांख्यिकीय एवं अन्य जानकारी का उपयोग सत्यापन के उद्देश्य के अतिरिक्त किसी अन्य प्रयोजन के लिए नहीं किया जाएगा। मैं यह घोषित करता/करती हूँ कि मेरे द्वारा स्वेच्छा से प्रदान की गई समस्त जानकारी सत्य, सही एवं पूर्ण है।
  10. मैं केवल अपनी पहचान और पते के सत्यापन के उद्देश्य से Central KYC Registry (CKYCR) के डेटाबेस से अपने KYC रिकॉर्ड डाउनलोड करने के लिए अपनी सहमति प्रदान करता/करती हूँ। मैं समझता/समझती हूँ कि मेरे KYC रिकॉर्ड में मेरी व्यक्तिगत जानकारी शामिल है, जैसे मेरा नाम, पता, जन्म तिथि, पैन नंबर आदि।
